Our mission is to advocate the preservation of archaeological and other cultural resources, the education of members and the public about archaeological and ethnological subjects through our meetings, presentations, newsletter, other electronic media, field trips, volunteer efforts, field surveys, and studies.
2024 ASNM Annual Meeting – Latest Update from Shelley Thompson
If you have not done so, please take a moment to register now for our conference in May. The deadline to order Saturday evening dinner and to reserve rooms at the conference rate is April 1. Speakers are scheduled and are listed at the Annual Meeting link below. Five tours are scheduled for Sunday that can be signed up for on site on Saturday.

The 2024 ASNM Annual Meeting is organized and hosted by the Site Steward Foundation and will be held May 3-5th at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, NM with the theme of “Archaeology of Northeastern New Mexico and Pueblo-Plains Interactions.”
